This training video will provide you the steps needed to upgrade your E320XVG2 from windows 10 to Windows 11.

Included in this support training video we have added captions in English and Spanish. When the device is finished cloning the hard drives you can remove the drive with or without the power being turned off to the device. The only time you can not remove a hard drive from the cloner is while its in progress of cloning the drives.
